Chicken Liver pate

I have tagged this recipe from Jaques Pepin in Food and Wine, when I discovered that for $5.00 bucks I can get a good one from Whole Foods, in moderate portion, not the artery blocking size.

Yeah, I rediscovered Whole Foods, when I at a last minute decided to host a get together for a friend and her visiting rels. I decided to pull it off, a burrito bar will be the best.  So I went to Whole Foods, got a handful of shrimps, a handful of clams, tomatoes, and such
